Terms and Conditions for Ordering Products & Services

Method of Payment

G2 Safeguards accepts cash, checks, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards for payment of goods and services. Any credit information received by G2 Safeguards in paper format is shredded once the transaction is completed. Transactions are over a secured SSL connection. The merchant account and gateway we use is PCI compliant.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 (seven) days for a return authorization.

You may call 949-279-4801, or email g2@g2safeguards.com. Ship the product back to us and we will provide a full refund upon receipt of the product.

Terms of Shipping

G2 Safeguards ships Identity Fraud Kits in a medium size flat-rate postal box through USPS. The rate is $13.00. The shipping rate for custom orders will vary so please call us at 949-279-4801 for a quote.

Warranty and Limited Liability

To the extent permitted by law, G2 Safeguards will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with products or services purchased from G2 Safeguards.

Warranties for the Fraud Finder UV box light, the ID Eye magnifying glass and the Barracuda Intruder Defense products will be provided by the manufacturer, not G2 Safeguards.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of California and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the California courts.
